Park Rules

On entry to our park, you will receive a book called “Park Rules”. In this, all the conditions of the park are outlined. We request that you familiarise yourself with this and keep it in your mobile to ensure that all guests are also familiar with the rules.

The rules are a practical guide to ensuring that all occupants have a safe and enjoyable time.

Some of the rules are as follows;

1. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Dogs must be cleaned up after and they must not be a nuisance to other occupants. Guests of mobile owner are not permitted to bring family pets.
2. No late night partying on decks.
3. Children/teenagers are not permitted on site after darkness during season with exception; July/August – extended to 11.30pm.
4. Rubbish must be placed in bags and placed in bins provided.
5. Subletting is prohibited.

Each year, a license agreement form is issued with an invoice for fees. The license agreement form is the park rules and each year, client signs the license agreement form thereby ensuring that they comply with the rules of the park.
