- Can I bring my own mobile into Your Park.
- Yes, on the condition that it meets specific requirements;
(a) That it does not exceed 6 years in age.
(b) That it is purchased from a reputable mobile home dealer (not off private site)

NEVER buy a mobile without first contacting the park.
- Do you have mobiles for sale on site?
- Yes, each year, we would have a number of mobiles for sale on behalf of existing clients who may decide to sell.

- If I purchase a mobile on the site, what do I own?
- The mobile itself and any decking, sheds that may come with it. The site remains the property of Laburnum Caravan Park Ltd.
- Do you have an upgrade policy?
- Unlike most other parks that have an upgrade policy of 10/12 years, our policy is based on the condition of the mobile. If it is kept in good condition/decking etc cleaned, mobiles may well last in excess of 15 years.
- Can I sell my mobile myself?
- No, mobiles can only be sold by management of Laburnum Caravan Park ltd.
- What are the costs of purchasing a mobile?
- The costs are initial purchase cost, site fees, and cost of insuring mobile.
Additional expenses would include; satellite dish, decking etc.
- Can I erect a fence/sow flowers beside my mobile?
- No, the park is open plan basis; flowers can be sowed in pots and placed on decking.
- Can I put up my own decking?
- No, in order to ensure that decking’s are suitably constructed, we supply decking’s made to measure.
- What are the ongoing costs?
- License fee – annual.
Mobile home insurance.
Electricity; each unit is metered individually and billed at end of season.
Gas; small cylinders available at reception.
